2023 update the National building code NBC 2016 made simple

Professionals working in construction industry do day to day work and try to enhance the project quality and safety during the progress. Impact of any construction is not only during the construction but it is till the life of building. One should always think of safety of occupants once building is constructed and ease of maintaining the building and how construction reacts to unknown disaster saving life of the occupants. Be it residential building, standalone bungalow, standalone building, high rise building, hotel, mall, hospital, industrial park or building, infrastructure etc. NBC 2016 a revised and latest version has made significant changes in its guideline to ensure building and occupants safety, maintenance and sustainability. Please note NBC 2016 is a guideline and not mandatory document. No person utilize this to sale products at high premium showing NBC guidelines, please follow guidelines and choose building material as per requirement. So to save cost I am bringing up with decoding NBC 2016. Just like any other professional even I had many misunderstanding about NBC, which got cleared over time and today writing the same. One may feel like repeated points but there is small guideline changes in every topic mentioned below.
